This is my favorite snack on phase 2 and 3!!
Although peanut butter is not "on protocol" it is a minimal amount and has not hurt my results at all
you will need:
2 melba toast pieces
1 teaspoon or less natural peanut butter
(I use jiff natural because it's no stir)
1 individual container of no sugar added applesauce
Spread melba toasts with peanut butter just enough to get a thin layer top with apple sauce and enjoy!
you will have applesauce left over either eat separately or save for later 1 applesauce is equal to 1 fruit serving
