This is great on a day that a pasta craving can almost undo all your hard work it has all the taste of a delicious lasagna without the guilt!
for this recipe you will need:
the leanest ground beef I use 93/7
four cheese pasta sauce
cottage cheese
bread sticks
I did not put amounts because it is up to you how much you want to make and to your taste
Brown the ground beef in a sauce pan remove any unwanted fat in the pan add your pasta sauce and heat next add the cottage cheese and simmer for just a few minutes the cottage cheese starts to melt and get gooey.
remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes spoon into a bowl and enjoy with bread stick.
